We had to pop into this wee secret pub in town before our meal out. When you find it, knock the knocker & wait for it to be answered. Only if there is room at the inn, then they will let you come in. The decor is dark, with soft lighting, giving an intimate feel. Something different, that's for sure. So they make up a unique cocktail tailored to drinks you like or flavours you ask for, its a nice strong concoction to start off your evening out. Feeling a little merry to start they evening friendy bar staff. We were served by an Argentinian man, i didn't catch his name, but thanks for our drinks & chat.
Just my kind of place. Incredible service. I am pretty sure the waiter was an alchemist in one of his previous lives. Coming back for sure!!!
If you're in the area and want a great cocktail, it's a must. I read about this place so we venture to the side street and plain door and knocked. We were greeted by the friendly face of Julian who welcomed us into a cozy hideaway. Don't expect a cocktail menu or even mixers. Just say what you fancy and something will be invented for you right there from Julian's concoctions. You won't get the same drink twice. It's never busy because they didn't allow it and you're always in for a treat with whatever comes to your table.
Had the pleasure of finding this hidden gem after a very short flight over from Australia ????????. Julian's knowledge of flavour combinations and his ability to cater to everyone's palate was incredible. Julian was indeed 'Not here to F#ck Spiders' 10/10 would recommend and return.
Oh, don't be fooled by the exterior. Knock on the derelict door and someone will let you in to this hidden gem. No menu, just classic cocktails made with a twist. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff with beautifully made drinks.
Brilliant experience, fantastic drinks, relaxed atmosphere and just had a great night! Chap that served us at the bar (didnt catch his name but was the fairly hairy chap) was absolutely perfect and new exactly what to offer. The balsamic vinegar was a fantastic drink! Highly recommended!!

It's probably one of the best bar experiences I've had in my life. And I do bars a lot (but that's another review). No menu = tailor-made cocktails. And AJ hit the sweet spot with his suggestion. Do go. Sit at the bar. And enjoy.
